PROCESS Often, due to various reasons, the energies that make up the human body bias. This can lead to disease, insomnia, numbness, pain, distraction, and many other unwanted conditions including unsatisfactory sexual performance.
The purpose of the Tantric process is to bring the body in a state of total balance before taking part in sexual activity. The benefits are many, including deep relaxation, a high sexual response and better physical and mental health. The process builds or Tantric path, step by step, trust and intimacy between partners, and is easy to do.
From a "tantric" there are many energy centers in the human body. In particular, the seven primary energy vortices are called psycho-Chakra (a term that can be translated as "Wheels of Light"), each has a specific function in the human body. The most important psycho-vortex energy is undoubtedly the Heart Chakra.
There are three chakras above and three Chakras below the Heart Chakra. The top three have to do with the intellect and spirituality. The three lower Chakras deal with things that have to do with human needs and emotions.
But that is the Heart Chakra balances the Spirit with the flesh. This Chakra is the place where unconditional love meets the divine grace.
