The popularity of tantra among gay men is increasing despite the fact that some people think that it is not possible between same-sex couples. For 2011 it is expected a considerable increase of people (gay and otherwise) interested in philosophy and tantric yoga.
As you know Tantra aims to achieve the unit in the pair through trade and weaving of energy flows. It is a Sanskrit word and its meaning refers conceptually the mind or the expansion cards, or spread which in practice refers to the process experienced by the participants tantric experience.
When it comes to talking about tantra process, that of "becoming" a path that can not be short and that leads to greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding between the couple . Through the practice of tantra individuals often obtain a better understanding of their personality traits and their body. This means they can learn to accept aspects of himself that were unwilling or unable to accept before. It is a 'process' of personal and spiritual growth is not only a means to improve their own sexuality. Central to the beliefs of Tantra is the concept that sexual energy can be used to achieve enlightenment. The goal of tantra is to promote mystical awareness, self acceptance, expand its borders but also to get rid of fears and guilt.
tantra Experience can only be developed through a process of growth, and precisely this awareness has led me to organize some real theoretical and practical courses on the philosophy of tantra. The results of previous courses offered and the positive feedback received convinced me to schedule new appointments since the middle of January.
